Gas tank pressure

1990 330zx na.  Running it at track like many other times.  Have gas tank building high pressure. On track for 20 min pushing some fuel out around  cap.  I open cap lots of pressure.  Ran with a half tank.   Never had issue before causes ?

    Im guessing something is getting hot, causing it to expand and result in high pressure. Have a look around the fuel tank area for things that would/could get hot. e.g diff, exhausts, fuel pump its self?
