I have the usual JWT Pop filter on my Z but due to the chassis brace at the very front of the car (that I think is UK spec specific?) I have to crush the filter, both against the brace and also on the top when I install the nose panel. This ends up messing up the filter over time and makes refitting the nose panel a real pain. 

I know the HKS super power flow is shorter but I wondered if anyone knows if this fits better with the UK spec front brace still in place?

I removed the UK specific oil cooler support brace to get the single and then dual HKS filters to fit. I fabricated a small bracket to support the oil cooler fixed

to the auxilary fan plastic cage (arrowed below). Its been in place for years without problem.
