We have a club stand. When you book your tickets via the website, use the link above, then use this code: 23300ZxoCL. If any problems, then let me know. Tickets are £7 per car and that gets you 2x Adults and 2x Children. 2nd June is the cut off point, but the organisors have warned me they cut of early when all spaces are taken, so dont leave this one too late.

The southern guys will meet and drive up together, you are more than welcome to join us.

Just had an email from the organisers: 

"With just three weeks to go until the 2023 Bromley Pageant of Motoring it is looking like club space will sell out ahead of the advertised closing date of 2nd June 2023, just as it did in 2022! We have a limit to the number of club vehicles we are allowed to have on site so once that space has sold out you will not be able to add any more vehicles to your stand and will then only be able to purchase additional passenger tickets through your club access code up until Midnight on 10th June 2023.  

Space is allocated based on how many club tickets have been purchased (not by how much space you requested when asking for your booking code) so please let your members know they need to get booked in if they haven’t already as they may miss out."

 

Please book soon if you haven't already to avoid disappointment!

 

Another update:

Good afternoon, 

 

Due to overwhelming support the number of club vehicles already booked in means we have had to bring the booking deadline forward and club vehicle tickets will now close Wednesday 1st June 2023 at Midday.

 

Please ensure all your members are aware that after this date we will not be able to book in anymore vehicles but you will still be able to add additional passenger and child tickets as required through your club code until Midnight on 10th June 2023. 

 

All club packs, booking reports etc will be issued on email at the start of next week

 

If you haven't booked, do it now!

I haven't had any email with what time we need to arrive yet, however my ticket says 09:30. 

I'll put a plan together shortly, but there is a McDonalds about a mile from norman park that I suggest we meet at and then drive in together.

I will update this thread as soon as I get an update about timings from the organisers

After looking at the McDonalds car park on street view, it is a bit small and tight to meet up. However the BP just down the road is a better bet. As you can see by my excellent screenshot and editing work below, its not far from the show at Norman Park and we can buy coffee, brim the cars and even buy lunch for those poor like me!

Cars are accepted at 06:30. Therefore I suggest we meet at 06:00, this gives us time to have a coffee, buy petrol if needed and drive to the show with the aim to be there at 06:30.

The gate opens at 6:30am because there are so many cars to get in and the queue can be long. All cars are expected to be in place by 9am. If you get there early you can go round the auto jumble stands before the public get in.

It is an excellent show as always.

Is that the east side or Westside?

West side

If you come from the A21 I would turn off at the A232 and head towards Hayes turn off at Five Elms Lane and follow through Hayes high street.

The A21 runs into the one make parking and you will never get past.

Likewise, though I'm waiting for a reply from the organiser on whether there are any rules for departure times. Will have the kids with me so more than likely I'll be making an early exit...

They don’t like it but it will be fine, as long as you drive slowly round the ring road in the park can leave anytime in afternoon.

I won't be able to make a 6am meetup I'm afraid. I'm hoping to be there for around 7.45am. Loving the hot and sunny weather but hoping for a little cloud cover from time to time to make it more enjoyable!!
