Bolt size???????

I removed the front bumper last night and behind it is a large black plastic grille (62256 40P00) which should be bolted onto the car with some rather hefty bolts (judging by the diameter of the holes), except mine isnt!!

Anyone know what diameter, length or even part no they are?

Cant find owt in the service manwell, so any help appreciated.

    Theres a huge black grille as it states on it behind the bumper. Looks more like an air duct but it aint.
