hi guys just had a brake pipe let go, the fluid is leaking at the rear of the floor pan on the drivers side, isn't this where the the pipes junction from the abs unit? not had chance to drop the cover off yet to investigate it.

There are several pipes which drop through the floor via a block from the ABS unit in the o/s boot area under the plastic trim cover.

The pipes under the floor are all susceptible to corrosion damage. You will need to get under the car to see which has gone. If one has

the others are probably on their way.

thanks Andrew been out and had another look since posting, it looks like it's one of the 3 running front to back (46250 on the diagram) I'll have a word with my neighbour (who owns a garage) and see if he can get it in and replace all 3, hopefully he can tow it as the brake pedal is just hitting the floor at the moment

to put this to bed, my brakes are now fixed and it wasn't a corroded brake pipe!

turns out the pipes had been rubbing together and had rubbed to the point it cause a small hole in the one pipe. still all fixed now, and the cars just been machine polished and waxed ready to put a few miles on tomorrow.
