This can possibly answered very easily but not by me. I have removed the tyres from my alloys to get them cleaned up but cant remenber which are front and rear, they are off an import turbo and are the same width but just slighty different on the inside profile , if i remember correctly they two had 40PE00 on the side and 40PE05 on the others please help

cheers

Are they different?

I thought they were just handed i.e 40PE00 are Right hand and 40PE05 are Left hand. On a J'spec that is, the UK version had wider rears.

You have a very good point never thought about left and right but i am sure they had different inside profiles. I may be wrong ,i get the wheels back friday so will check again .

cheers

Cookie - J-spec are definitely identical front and rear, they're only handed..

As well as the code, there should be a small "L" and an "R" on them (I kid you not) :)

For your reference mine say this :-

Front Right - 40P00 R

Front Left - 40P05 L

Rear Right - 40P15 R

Rear Left - 40P10 L

The rears are UK spec, the fronts are Jap/UK.

Also make sure you put them on the right side as they will be spotted by the wheel police :D

But not, for three years, by me or my Mandela! :D

My Series 1 J spec has

40P00 R on the right and

L 40P05 on the left

Cheers - Gio
