Spelling correction

From what I understand it's a moral issue, and is something along the lines of plagiarism - for example, if you follow the link I gave you, you'll see it is a "Carbing style" rear strut brace - basically they copied the Carbing strut brace! AMS are based in Canada, and as such, I believe they are able to legally do that. I am not aware of any quality issues or anything other than the moral issue to concern the consumer. I stand (sit at my pc, actually) to be corrected on any of that, but that's what I remember - rightly or wrongly!
