Stripped Lugs

I got two female lugs totally stripped out on my front tire on my RHD import. I have a new set of sick speed lugs to replace the old ones with but I need advice to get these things off!? Anyone?

    Hi you will need someone to put pressure from behind the wheel then undo the Lugs.
