Help needed on Propshaft

Hi Guys need your help,

Where can I buy a single piece Prop shaft from and is a 1992 Twin turbo Manuel fit the same as a 1995 N/A Manuel  

Basically I would like to upgrade my Prop shaft on my 1992 twin turbo Manuel and fit the old one from that on my 1995 N/A Manuel as it needs changing
