Hi Guys,

Had a lot of misfiring in my 1990 TT and narrowed it down to a couple of injectors gone bad, so I replaced them all with series 2 and redid the connectors.  Seemed to run better but still 1 cylinder was missing.  Narrowed it down to number 5 by pulling coil connector and number 5 didn't change the engine note.  Checked injector and seems to be firing, checked the coil pack resistance and all good.  The coil pack connectors are new and spliced in.  On this particular coil pack, no 5, with the connector removed and ignition on I get 12v on middle pin and 10-20 mv on the outside pin, but on all the others I get 12v from centre pin and exactly .5 mv on the outer pin !  I presume this is the problem but not 100% sure how to fix it, any advice would be appreciated muchly ?
