Does anyone have a the metal bracket that holds the light pod in place.

I would purchase the whole assembly if the bracket was not available separately.

Also looking for the seal that runs around the boot lid.

Just need the passenger and center seals but will take all 3 if needed.

Looks like your mounts are shot on the light pod therefore you would struggle to get a good fit anyway with the bracket on. Common problem with them.

Yea - the mount are gone as well so I would really need the rear of the pod and the metal bracket.

I had a look at the pics of your Z and its amazing looking.

lots of work / time / money gone into it.

Engine bay and updated interior is great - not overdone and suits the car.

Thank you. The rear pod housing is best sourced new as any secondhand one is likely damaged already.

Where is the best place to get the rear housing new from

Thanks,

Noel.

So a few choices. I use Amayama all the time for parts and get the part number from the CZP website.

You can try your local Nissan with the part number 25167-40P00 and see what their cost is. Others would say zcentre but without delivery it is £56.40 as the prices on the site don’t include VAT.

So I work out the Amayama delivered price after taxes to be about £34. No brainier really. I’d advise that you search for parts using this method all the time to find the best price.

Taking another look at the parts fiche I posted above, I don't think the metal bracket you asked

for in your OP comes with 25167-40P00. It is listed as item 5 Part# 25357-40P00.

I know when I fitted my new 25167-40P00 I transfered over the metal bracket that screws to the

two plastic pillars.

I would look for it s/h as it is very expensive new:

I’m seeing it as a different number. Probably a part to get much easier off a breaker.

Ah however when you search 25357-40P00 it highlights the correct part however is over £25 for a bit of metal. Go to a breaker much easier.
