Wipers on constantly

Anyone ever had this or know what the problem is likely to be. The blur car has been sat in place for a while. Anyway, started it up and the wipers seem to be stuck on constantly. Switch does speed them up etc, just doesn't seem to stop them.

 

MOT is next week so I need to sort them quickly if possible
