I've just recently put a deposit in for a ZX I went to see last week. I will be picking it up this sunday and have everything sorted but just need to figure out where and when I will be replacing/welding the rear arches as they both have slightly progressed bubbles. (This was taken into account when I put my offer in and I feel like its definitely sweet deal.)
So far I've contacted a few bodyshops and received quotes from local areas (Lincoln.) But just wondered if anyone would have any advice or knowledge on anything that could help or improve the process.
I will also be looking to respray the car at some point but this will be a bit later in the project as currently I don't have the funds. The wing has some clearly aged paint on it and was also wondering if anyone could suggest a way to respray it at home or if it'd look strange being fresh when the rest of the car isn't.
Any help will be much appreciated,
Pictures to follow.
Thanks,
Brownfox10.
