I have an oil leak on my 300 from the passenger side front of the engine that drips onto the a/cond pump. Tomorrow i am gonna replace the cam seals but i cant actually see where the oil is coming from. Would the leak possibly be coming from the head gskt from the oil galleries to the rockers or maybee am i right in thinking the cam seals are leaking. Has anyone noticed where in the block the oil galleries are, my thinking is if the galleries in the head are at the outside of the block face then thats where my leak is.

Any help appreciated Cheers John Crisp

Your leak will be coming either from the exhaust cam seal OR the rocker cover gasket. I seriously doubt you will have a crack leading to an oil gallery leaking! The rocker cover gasket on the exhaust is liquid gasket - NOT a rubber one, so its easy enough to replace - only problem is you'll need to remove the upper intake plenum to get to it... Let me know what you find.
