Right then, the symptoms are, I can hear the washer pump motor whirring away for the front wind screen washers when activated, but no water coming out of the jets, washer fluid bottle is full, jets are unblocked, So im guessing the impellor on the motor has had its chips,

 

Nothing at all happens when I activate the rear screen wiper, ( well the wiper wipes, but no water sprays out) no whirring of motor etc etc,

 

So what do you chaps think is wrong, and , can anyone supply me with a new tank with known good motors please,

Some times the in line valves need replaced. You can get them from Halfords or pet stores for fish tanks. Fish tank air pump check valve.

Take the hoses off at the pump, if you press the washer button and of nothing comes out its a pump fault.
