Where can I get heat insulating material for the wiring?

Hi,

 

 

I vaguely remember a Classic car mag article informing about a insulation material for wiring etc.

 

The reason being, is the mechanic, Dazza the Z man says he has never seen a Z with the original knock sensor intact from heat!!

 

Does anyone know of any links for this sort of stuff? I might as well do it while the engine is in bits!!

 

Maybe my job is getting to me!!!!!!

    Probably a bad word around here but - Demon Tweeks do various wiring wrapping kits (as well as exhaust wrap), and sleeving kits..
