Hi, could you please give me advise on which oil is best for a 300ZX!

Get a high quality, brand name, fully synthetic oil and change it with the filter every 3000miles!

I use Castrol RS oil in mine, it's about £35 for 4L but it's good stuff.

I think Castrol RS 10/60 is a bit of a favourite on here! Whatever you do, don't skimp on the oil -treat your Z!

Shell Helix Ultra is very good.

Well u werent going to suggest anything but Shell products now were you!!!!!

changed to castrol 10w -60 and it works a treat. a bit of mac advise lol
