As per title, I'm after a window Amp in good working order as mine is temperamental.

I had a similar issue of temperamental windows, turned out to be a dry solder joint on one of the pins where the plug goes in. If you pull it apart carefully (it sort of slides out of its casing) you may find the dry joint. It was fairly obvious on mine, looked almost burnt, and a clear crack in the solder blob on the bottom of the board.

It's a common problem so I'm led to believe, and is about two minutes to fix with a cheapo soldering iron and a bit of solder.

If not, then sadly it'll be a new amp, but it's worth spending a bit of time on it before shelling out for another.

Yes as above, the broken solder just needs reflowing, I did a lot of tech threads in this but spoilt by Photobucket now wanting paying for the pictures been hosted by them, so here is a youtube link, for a 200 sx but no bother same parts issue.
