Got a suggestion for sat if people still want to meet,

 

Corbeau seats are having an open day in Hastings that afternoon,

 

My idea is starting at clacket Lane on m25, head down the a21 towards Hastings stop for photos somewhere in high weald maybe bewl water (looks nice) then continue down to Hastings,

 

Or if people prefer there's Bodiam castle just before Hastings, or even find somewhere on the seafront

 

What do people think any ideas suggestions,

I,m up for it, but coming from eastbourne so would meet you nearer hastings than clacket

I,m coming if we can arange a further south meeting point, i,m free from about 1pm/ 2pm in eastbourne, so no point me driving all the way to clacket to turn round again.

I'm driving up to Clackets from Folkestone.

 

Easier for me to go to Hastings via Rye, but a lonely Z!

Better 2 or 3 Zeds together!

Not to be Devils Advocate, but Bodium Castle you cannot get cars close to, and its pay to entry. Bewls water I could only see one road that has a view on the lake (south east side) so lets hope it doesn't have any parked cars in the way.

 

Sounds like bewl water and battle abbey could be a start. Now we just need to decide the end point.

North part of bewl water is a good car park and cafe apparently, may not be best for pictures,

Ah I did forget about that bit. I don't know about the views since they don't have streetview anywhere near the cafe.

 

Battle abbey it looks like we could sneakily park and take a picture on the circle road, but we'll have to be swift.

I could join in at battle, around 3.30 i asume, but probably need to head home about 4.30
