NZR : Need a "free" reliable ISP with email

As some are aware, I'm having severe problems with Freeserve. I need to set myself up a short term internet account until I decide what to do long term.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable pay-as-you-go service with an email account. Preferably with a very low "pay" bit "

    I can give you an 0845 dial up if that helps, I can also set you up with a temporary POP3 mailbox and email address too.
