Having recently acquired my Z and now wishing to fit an evc iv it is apparent that all is not as it seems ! There are two pipes coming out of the inside hard pipes that go around the bay and join each other at the back with a t-piece in. Anyone know what these are for and where there supposed to be connected ? I thought they where offering the wastgates the pressure the turbos are producing !

Anyone know where the original wastegates connect to and where the original solenoids are ?

Is there anyone in my area who would be willing to show me their engine bay so I could suss out where all the pipes are supposed to go as I can't find anywhere on the net with pictures as such ?

Cheers.

I have this diagram of how my AVC-R is fitted up. Maybe it helps, maybe not?

I agree with you. I thought the pipes where supposed to be connected straight to the turbo wastegates, which are easiest to get to underneath the car.

Jez, that engine bay is shocking :o

How dirty?

Tim :D

I have the HKS EVC IV its really simple to hook up. If anyone is having problems I can help. The easiest to install however is the Greddy ProfecB. That is boost controller hook up for dummies.
