Rear Brake Hoses

Hi all ! Having a bit of trouble sourcing a pair of the flexible brake hoses for the rear calipers, mine are looking a bit old and cracked, anyone know any details about what thread is used to mate them to the fixed pipe and the caliper, if I know what the thread is in the fitting I can have some made nearby,
