Classic and Sports Cars by the lake 2017 - Bury St Edmunds

I have been emailed about this event again, on 3rd September this year.

Apart from being a bit chilly last year, I enjoyed this local show.

It clashes with JAE, although that doesn't seem to have much interest again this year....

Register your interest here and I will send off requesting for 10-15 cars I think.

Last time, I think we all applied individually, but mentioned the club on the application?

Can probably all do the same thing again, and I will send a covering email to let her know that.

Tony (Osty1) applied for most of us as a club i think?

Sounds like a plan Craig, I'll send mine in now and clarify part of the 300zx.co.uk club.

Up for this again, good turn out last year hopefully have more of a turn out. Also applied individually. Will do so again this year stating club.

Ah, must have just been me that applied separately then...

If I'm not playing silly buggers with the US Marine Corps, I'll be there flying the flag again. Great turn out last year for the area.

Let me know if you are going to or have arranged a club stand matey before I contact Karen.

Nice one all, great support for a local charity.

I would. E interested if the cars on the road. If not I am still interested as a non stand attendee

I applied for club stand using the form, but Karen emailed me back to say it was a single vehicle application.

I have asked her to clarify what i need to do next, but not see a reply yet.

If you could follow up with her, that would be great.

Although it might be prudent for people to apply individually anyway, and mention the club on the form.

I'd MUCH rather go to this type of event than JAE, looks good. Shame it's Suffolk though as that's a right trek from Somerset and a few days before I take my Z down to Monaco.

When u say "silly buggers" do u mean an inverted dive whilst giving the yank a bird?

See you there hopefully tony.

When tony applied on our behalf we all received our passes in the post and got listed in the event program. No probs individually applying though.

Haha, love it Chris, yeah something like that. I take pride in knowing we may be a small island, however we still have the best Armed Forces in the world. These guys are something else, I tell you.

I will speak with Karen this morning and confirm the details, and if we can still get a club stand will get that sorted.

Tony,

i assume as the club contact last time, you forwarded all of the passes out to everyone once you received them?

EDIT:

now spoken to Karen, and we have a club stand reserved for 12 cars plus a 3x3 gazebo, if we get one.

Nearer the time, i will have to confirm exact number

Hi guys,

Interested in this, can someone send me a form please ?

Hi all, spoken with Karen this morning as the site states no more spaces available due to large interest. Karen stated that all pass stickers 12 in no, are being sent to Craig in next few days. Can you confirm this Craig. Meet up in tesco as last year????
