What do you guys think to this bumper, would it look ok without any skirts on my car, as i only need to replace the front bumper.

Hi there mate and welxcome, the bumper is the best bumper in my opinion. You can save some money by buying it from the Z center.

The front bumper needs the area behind the front wheel arch built out (e.g. front edge of skirt), to bring the line back into the car (sill), and this is needed in my opinion.

 

I think this link shows how far the bumper edge at the wheel arch sticks out, and you can see how the skirt brings the line back in. You should be able to imagine how far back the original line of the Z really is.

yep 99 spec will fit all zeds no problems.

Can be bought from http://www.zcentre.co.uk or MJP for 290. I dont know anywhere cheaper but then I don't look, so there might be.

Found a picture of the Paul Bailey/Strosek nose with standard sills, I think? Perhaps not as pronouced as I first thought?

A number of guys have had 99 OEM front bumpers fitted, and I am sure they will help on where best to get this bumper. I believe it is flexible and an advantage if speed humps are a problem.

actually, i got my numbers wrong, sorry, its the scarab which is 290, the 99 spec is more.

Not cheap, but then you can bet you would pay more for one from nissan! :eek:.

I think that i will just go for the cheapest one unless i can get hold of a second hand front bumper.

you looked if AndyZ or someone has a used bumper, i wouldnt think they would be very expensive at all and you could probably get one in red too.

I have not tried that yet m8,cheers for the advice though.
