Replace broken studs, rear exhaust hanger brackets

Hello!

Anyone that know how to replace broken studs, for rear outboard exhaust hanger brackets?

I guess they are welded and will need to be drilled out, but appreciate comments?

Two round flat headed studs, seated both sides of trunk.
