F**K ME, shame he did'nt put that engine in a zed instead off that hair dressers car

  • Author

lol, I think out of a zed and a vette then zed is the hairdressers car ;)

OK but back in the late 60's early 70's when the proper muscle cars were about the vette was definatly a hairdressers car.

I nearly brought a 1971 455 bull nose trans-am before i got my zed, now thats a proper american car.:D :D

Am I the only one who thinks that American cars are crap?

Huge V8 engines that produce feck all and start redlining at 6000rpm, 4.5litre with 270bhp and I think the turbo. Feck me that is shit.

1971 trans-am 455 is 7.6 litre and nearly 400 hp in standard trim it does quarter mile in 14 seconds not bad for a 2 ton car made in 71.

still would'nt want to take it round any corners though!!

LOL did you know the Dodge Charger (General Lee) had daft 454ci engine (I think, please correct me..) 14" wheels and DRUM BRAKES!!!

What a car!!

Could this be the only car with worse brakes than the Z?;)

Robert.
