I don't think he got loads of replies. I said I was up for it, you said possibly, Paul said he would struggle with baby and work and Mark was a no.

Why not as an option have a late xmas get together. people are very busy before xmas and we really struggle. Alternatively lets all have a lunch somewhere and then can go to park where those with smaller kids can tire themselves out?
