Hey guys, as most of you are aware, I swapped out my TT diff for an NA one. Unfortunately, I got sent a TT flange, I've found someone who will make up a 1 piece propshaft here in Ireland for a reasonable price with a 2-3 hour turnaround. If I bring the TT half and the NA half together with the TT flange on it, is this the correct length?? or is the NA flange longer/shorter/same length as the TT flange??

Thanks

Am I right in saying that the TT manual front half is 606mm and the NA second half is 539mm and i've to add the length of the NA yolk of 71mm giving a total length of 1216mm, is this the correct length I need between knuckles??

I'd seen that buddy, that's where I got my measurements from,:thumbup1: Am I right with my calculations though?? I added the front TT half with the NA rear half plus the yolk?? or do I disregard the yolk and just put the two pieces together and measure with the TT yolk attached??

Just measured the 2 pieces back to back and from the tip to the end measures 1360mm??

Just measure on the car, front of the diff flange to just inside of the shroud around the output seal.iirc is 1225mm,then have the prop made so from the front face behind the input sleeve that goes into the box too the rear flange measures 1225mm,check that measurement but i think youll find its right for a lwb

Thanks for the help Jimmer, I've measured up the two pieces and got 1225mm also, I was just worried that the NA flange might have been different in length to the TT one. I'm sitting patiently waiting for it to be made here in Dublin:thumbup1:
