Has anyone got any recommendations for cleaning the OEM intake pipes...? I'd like to get them looking nice and fresh again and don't want to inadvertently use something that will degrade the material!

Si and Joel, I'm sure you guys have some tips... ;)

You talking about the aluminium manifold or the black IC piping?

The black piping, Andrew.

Yes I always used soapy water on the rubber hoses. Although I replaced my intake hoses for silicon due to cracking at the ends from removal/installation. I removed the insulation sleeves from the stock hoses and slid them over my Z1 intake hoses. Still looks stock but nice and supple and shouldn't harden with age.

I may just buy some new ones from Z1 yet. We'll see....
