I seem to remember someone on a previous thread saying that these were great... Until the point where it poured their drink into the stereo when going down a hill. :pinch:

Must have been a steep hill, I would not put a drink in that did not have a lid. I just take my ashtray out its a great fit.

Probably not that steep, the stereo/din pockets are mounted at an angle.

Mondo has one where the ashtray is, which would be good if you had a auto but not so good with a manual...

 

Depends what you put in there Ali. Can of coke is fine and even a large Costa coffee fits ok without hindering gear change. My ashtray is out more than in because of drinks.

I think I would want one but I like the sleekness of the sliding cover.
