Pulleys and Belts

Hello again,

 

I have light weight pulleys fitted and just cant seem to get the belts t stop squealing. They are tight and I dont want to tighten them anymore in fear of damaging the bearings.

 

Is there any recommendations on a new belt? One that dont squeak so much?
