Another thing for sure is this...

 

You do a good job and people want to know why you can`t do it better. You give your all and your boss wants your all and some more. Regardless of input, we are all just a heartbeat away from being made obsolete. Redundancy payments aside, job security is a lost goal these days it seems.

 

I can say this with the luxury of owning my own company. None of my staff are going in the near future but they are all worried, not about their jobs but about their partner`s jobs. Seems that it is fairly bad out there for a lot of folk and it is such a damn shame.

 

I really do personally hope that things get better for you guys and gals next year. I hope even more than my hope is not a folorn one. There are more than cars at stake here, there are lives, wives and childrens`s futures. To many employers, these are nothing......nothing but a name and a number....what the world is coming to....I`m only 29 and it seems an alien place to me......

 

Sorry to sound so down, I just feel sorry for ya....
