Gansters books and film

Any avid gangster book reader is going to love this, as Aston born myself just the name Fewtrell was as serious as it could be and basically DO NOT MESS WITH THIS FAMILY , still I am amazed to find out they actually took on the Kray Twins and if it had not been for the Fewtrells Birmingham would have become another of Ronnie and Reggies manor !!

 

Soon to be made into a film I have ordered part 1 and 2, the second has some controversial alternatives to the 1974 IRA Birmingham pub bombings, looks set to be a best seller.

    As a born and bred Brummie, I do remember my dad mentioning the Fewtrells. Yes their name was up there as far as my dad was concerned. Many visitors to Navigation Street are likely to have been in one of their clubs without knowing it..
