I have one of these and never registered, iirc i just downloaded the ecutalk software for free, as Birdy as just said ^^^^^^^^^^^^

You probably won't tbh, it's git easy…. But I'm happy to help etc. I think the big thing is knowing what the expected results are and the potential reasons you aren't getting them, or how to get to them etc.
