Ok we all love cars here but what do you find the most annoying car related habit car owners can have ( not zed owners of course )

Mine without doubt is the rapid pull up to a stand still of my near neighbour followed by the teeth grinding sound of her pulling the handbrake on WITHOUT pushing the button is so you get the long but swift crruunncch of the handbrake ratchet arghhhh !! just push the button in you fool!! I can hear it down the lane!!

Ok whats yours ??

Middle lane motorway hoggers are probably right at the top of my lift, followed by people who don't understand land discipline at a roundabout, even when there are arrows on the road telling you which lane to get in - and those who don't indicate.

People that drive onto the motorway ramp and fail to accelerate in a manner that'll allow them to join the motorway at motorway speeds.

I could probably write a book about it and a huge long list!

Not checking blind spots. I've nearly been taken out three times this year already.

Mmm... so true, like mirrors are optional extra`s to some!

Honda civic owners.

(the ones with the obnoxious exhaust, fibreglass body kits and launch every traffic light)

Tailgaters... Never really had an issue until I got the Z. Its as if they are trying to egg me on to putting my foot down. (quite often someone in an Audi... Sorry to those that own them but most seem to have serious issues when behind the wheel of one!)

Also, people that approach a give way on a side street to a main road at speed and then stop almost half way across a main road forcing you to either stop or take evasive action. What's more annoying is if you let them out and then you just get back up to speed they then slam on their brakes and indicate right forcing you to stop again!

Find myself realising we risk life and limb every time we venture out !!

I got tailgated today by a Nissan note diesel!!!! I just pissed myself laughing at them dropped a gear and just left them to it:biggrin:

People that drive too close.

People that don't ever indicate.

People that use the wrong lanes, especially at roundabouts.

Not using engine braking, almost every woman I know destroy discs and pads by never adjusting gears and just hammering on the anchors to slow down.

Thrashing cars from a cold start.

Loads more.

Parking on a petrol pump to go in the shop and get some milk without getting petrol:thumbdown:

Yep got the T shirt !!

All the above and the ignorant/cyclists (not all some have road awareness) (when i am driving buses) when they squeeze betweenyou and the kerb/ vehicle which forces you to watch them, evade etc and takeyour eyes of where you are going. Then everybody gets upset when one dies.

All of the above plus the ignorant speeder/dawdler. The one who you get stuck behind on an A road who insists on going 45mph in a national. When you reach the next village and the limit drops to 30, they continue at there preset 45mph showing they have no awareness of any road signs they might encounter. Then when you've finally had enough after half an hour of this joker the disgusted look as you over take them as if your the bad driver. Oh that could drive me murder. If your going to be slow at least be bloody consistent and if your going to speed, do it on the fast road not past the school, shop, people's houses that are 10cm from your wing mirror. :taz:

Crossovers in general. All of the above are usually applicable.

"It's so safe, and the visibility is excellent from this height" - average, oblivious crossover driver with dangerously poor observation.

Slow drivers on the outside lane. people throwing rubbish out of there car windows and bad driving from mothers who have them stickers on the back window "Baby on board"

Like when they nearly crash because they are driving and they are leaning in the back sorting out the lunchbox debate?

People who as soon as they get caught in a bit of traffic they get there phone out to go on face book and don't notice the gap opening up in front of them and I'm stuck behind them in my truck. Foreign Lorry drivers that are watching films on thier laptops that are sat on the dash. Groups of cyclists in second skins that think they can do what they like!!!
