Oil - Best type ?

What oil are you guys using in your Zed ?

 

Any advice on viscosity, brands, prices e.t.c would be great.

 

Also could someone tell me how much oil it holds.

    After my engine rebuild i was using Mobil 1 fully synthetic but it used to burn quite a bit, since then I don't think it bedded the engine in very well (worked too well) so have changed to Magnatex semi synthetic and it seems to have stopped burning oil (touch wood).

    Don't really think you need fully synthetic plus it costs alot more.

    There has been alot of talk on this in the past - use the search.

    Castrol RS 10w60 fully synthetic from Halfords

     

    £38 for 4 litre..............you need about 3.5 ltrs for the engine as AFAIK.

     

    Top quality oil :D
