Smithy.

PS aaron is yours the same?

It is m8 yes, almost exactly the same.. Though mine doesn't appear to fit as nicely as yours does - but I think my rad is offset a little..

Gotta say it does look good - but, is there enough flex left to allow movement of the engine or is one of those short hoses gonna bust??? Not being funny just curious...

CheerZ,

Andy

Looking at it the metal hose doesnt go over the the ends of the radiator. I think they end just before it, and then the 2 are joined by the red rubber hose.

Andy, no probs with engine or rad flexing as the pipe finishes short of any other connections by 20mm and the silicone is nearly 3inches long at each end, so hardly any stiffer than stock ;)

cheers

aaron, the hose will fit either end,I found the best way It fits is the angled cut end goes to the rad;)

Looks very nice :)

Whats involved in fitting one of these puppies? Do you have to drain the whole cooling system?

Dave

Piece of p**s to fit, if the car is on level ground then there is only minimal loss of fluid/water, so simply remove clips and top hose and refit the new one then top up water level, 10mins should see yer all done and you don't have to have the boss fitted on the pipe, we only do these for guys with aftermarket temp gauges if asked.

cheers
