300ZX MAF sensor

I'm on the lookout for a 300zx (Z32?) MAF sensor to use in another application (not a 200sx!). I've been trying a few breakers, but none are that clued up. The general response is "it's on a car outside, phone back in 10 minutes", which is repeated when I phone back!

 

Curious to know how much I should be paying, and if anyone has one for sale, that would be even better.
