I bought this a while ago (and the other chipped ECU for sale separately) to fit to my manual twin turbo after some remedial engine work. I decided I was happy with the standard map and powers and have never fitted it so this is surplus to requirements. I was told it was for a stock engine with stock turbos and injectors and the usual breathing mods, filter, exhaust. With this ecu installed you should be safe up to 14psi of boost using super unleaded (This is not some sort of guarantee statement!).

These are rare items now. I paid £100 a couple of years ago and would like the same back+postage. Any questions feel free to post below or contact me.

Not sure , however I do know it is an 8 bit so will fit any series one Z's (pre 94-95). Think there is a thread of ECU numbers and what they mean on this site somewhere...Infact here it is: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?169247-ECU-Identification&highlight=ECU+numbers.

and here's this one from the thread:

TT Manual

23710- 41P02 (89/08 - 89/11)

As said this will work with any series 1 TT manual zed. Man this forum's useful!

Thanks for replying omgitsalic. Yes it is a stock Nissan ECU that was chipped by Mines in Japan with their upgrade map, so will plug and play as long as yours is a series one manual TT car also!

It also doesn't matter it if it put in a manual or an auto.

Good to hear cos I'm interested.. Any chance I can get your number to have a chat about it?

Cheers

Hey there. Just a quick question. Obviously the 300zx tt manual makes 300bhp. Approx. How much would you think that this would up the hrose power?

It all depends on what other mods you have. Changing the ECU with no mods will make hardly difference at all. If you have say an aftermarket exhaust and intake then it would benefit from an aftermarket ECU or remap (intake exhaust remap will push around 50hp).

Yeah. You see I have fmic. De cat. Full stainless and boost turned up to 15 psi. My current ecu does have a chip in it though haha

Be best to PM Noz for a question like that

Assuming the Mines ECU still has the Mines EPROM in it then take note of this info from Ash Powers in the US (have a search

on TT.net for Mines ECU).
