Would have once been a very nice z, very nice interior and a once loved tt manual. such a shame. if i could transport that i would probably buy it.

Looks to be a UK spec car.

You're right Andrew - as well as the rear bumper, you can just make out the head-lamp washer button on the RH dash pod......

......Sad to see, but hopefully it's not beyond restoring:clover:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Do it martin :D

Tell your Dad I'll get it running then you will be able to come up and buy it.

wasn't this car advertised about two or three years ago by the then scorned wife ? I remember a thread about that .........

Do you just fill out a new V62 and send it off the the dvla, and then they send you a new V5C?

So i went to visit this car today. Unfortunately it is worse than i thought :( . The sills and wheel arches are really rusty, there are rips and scuffs in the leather seats, and the interior is bubbled. FYI as it didnt say on the ad, it has done 166000 miles and has been off the road since 2011.

Good move to go and look buddy

That was always going to be a punt once it got up over 5-600 quid

You have an excellent shell with the one you've got, put your money into that mate

And you may be stealing my reputation on here as the man who looks at the wrong car

Post office to get the form and fill in the details of the car including the vin number, its the vin number that has the info they require, i did this when i bought my daily drive, really easy :thumbup1:

And great info on the car, it always helps when a member goes to see the car in the flesh to get the low down :thumbup1:

So... Someone paid 1750 for a car with no wheels, rusted sills, a dismantled interior...

haha never!

I was only interested for the parts in it. the electronic boost gauge, reverse camera, manual tranny etc.

But man 1750 for a car that is entirely broken and rusty...
