As some of you know this is the arse end of my car, so my question is should I change it to a different style and if so what do you think would be the best style to change to? When I got the car nearly 10 years ago now, I thought it looked good... But there again 10 years ago the wife's arse looked good! And it's maybe time for a change on both counts...lol,so any ideas OR would you keep it as is...the monza look must be quite rare now yes?

My car looks mint. Just saying

Of course it does Lee;) and it's the right colour.

I know i'm very late to this thread but i do think that the spoiler suits the bumper/diffuser.

Are you going to change either of them?

Most of this thread is about UK vs jap bumpers, but everyone is delusional as the Jap one is clearly better looking :P

We need a 'what a cock' button .

To be honest guys my car is never going to be mint? And I'm not looking for perfection, just getting it to a standard I'm happy with( but I do want it to look good)it will never be a show car as I enjoy driving it to much:)

Had good think about it bud and no I'm keeping the look as it is,just going to tidy it up a little:) like a few have said it's an old school car...it needs old school looks;) and it's a uk car so the uk bumper stays I don't think I should change this.

No, I wouldn't change the bumper specifically, but it was just my opinion that I like the jap one better.

The smoked 99spec will definitely make it look more modern :)

I remember it looming large in my rearview in Cumbria and thinking "Christ, that looks evil!!"

And then thinking "Christ, I hope he stops before he hits me...!"

  • 4 weeks later...

The OP's rear lights are now fitted, i don't personally have a pic but i do know he has received some and i believe now seen them in the flesh.

Anyhow, i took his tails in exchange and got them off the shelf yesterday, i never really noticed until they were side by side how tinted his were........

I don't mind the lower chamber being slightly tinted but not the red one and there are ways of doing this but to be fair these were tinted quite well and you can see on the pic below it was starting to yield :thumbup1:.

Took me a while but i got them back to stock tango, now returned back to the shelf for another day.
