Workspace to rent

I'm in that unenviable position of not having a garage so my poor Z has to live outside and be worked on outside (not fun).

 

I've read on here and have spoken to people in the past who rent garages or units on industrial sites where they can store and work on their cars under the safety of a roof and locked door. My question is does anyone here know where I can find such a place that isn't going to cost a bomb to rent?
