    You've got to be some sorta halfwit to do that, the dogs lucky to be alive. Owner was obviously a complete tool. I spend a great deal of my time out and about, swans are top of the list of things you should give space to in the countryside. Followed by Shetland ponies, that's right Shetlands, the little ones, evil little *******s with a short fuse.

    Hopefully they will prosecute that **** for animal cruelty etc etc.
