Door wont close properly

Hey all after enjoying the weather for the past few day I figured I'd fix the issues with the drivers door after the hit and run. Window wouldnt go down and door wouldn't open from the outside. Both have now been fixed yay! however the door wont close properly now. Its as if someone has been pulling the top part outwards. There is a noticeable gap between the door glass and the tagra rubber when shut. Ive tried to adjust both the stopper/striker/latches top part on door and body and even tried to adjust the latch but nothing. I stripped the door card and removed the seat belt completely to get my hand in the little gaps

Any ideas? I have a replacement door but for now its going to stay this way.
