Suspention

How's the best way to test my suspention?

 

I have noticed over time that my car is starting to feel the bumps more and more to the point that its getting uncomfortable to just drive down a normal street. I know tyres are can contribute, but my tyre pressures are all correct and its been doing it for a while before I changed my tyres.

 

Whats the best way to test the suspention. I have leaned on the back of the car while its stationary, it moved but not much and I cant remember how much it moved when I first go it and the ride was alot softer.

 

Help please.
