I am 90% sure its is one of the brakes sticking.

When the car is jacked up, when I spin the front drivers wheel, it will do about a turn and a half before stopping. When I spin the passenger wheel it stops within 1/4 of a turn, so its sticking.

Is my passenger side sticking or is the drivers side not touching enough.?

What can I do to fix it?

If the pads/caliper is really dragging on one side then the disk will get red hot and it should be pretty obvious.

Much of the time pulling to the left will be due to the camber on the road or tracking problems. Tracking will show up as uneven tyre wear.

Can be tyres too. If they've worn off square or at the wrong pressures. You could prove it by switching the fronts side to side - I know you've probably got directional treads but you could do it just to prove it then switch back again - dont go out on the rain otherwise you will aqua plane with directional treads the wrong way round!

As Andy says if it was the disc it would get very hot. I had that on an old BMW2002 I was trying to restore. The dragging would progressively get worse and eventually stop the car and pull the wheel ever harder to one side!

I've got a similar problem.

I'm sure somethings not quite releasing on my front right brake calipers as after a reasonable drive with plenty of braking, it will give off quite a strong brake smell with nothing coming from other wheels. No difference in pad wear on the other front though nor is it getting red hot.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!

As Andy says

Dont forget if you've got the standard wheels they are directional as well!

The tracking and camber has been checked by a lazer system and is within normal range.

My last set if tyres worn very strangely. The passenger outside was bald and the drivers inside was bald. I think this was due to me having to turn the wheel slightly to go straight. What I mean if I let go of the wheel the car turns left, so I have to apply some right turning to keep the car straight.

I dont think its the tyres because I got new tyres and the tracking done at the same time, which was 2 wheel lazer tracking and cost an arm and a leg. The tyre pressures are always right becuase I have a tyre system checking them all the time.

I know that the pads should be touching the wheels all the time, but could it be the drivers pad not touching the wheel enough rather than the passengers sticking?

That really does sound like they messed up your tracking.

Just cause it cost a fortune, does not mean they did it the right way.
