recently got j spec 300tt, but no owners manual. have trawled endlessly through net looking for manual but no hope. need to know what should/shouldn't be lit up on dash etc, and what all means.

 

any help appreciated!!!!

Nothing should be lit up on the dash while driving.

Why what have you got ?

nothing when driving, except for the hicas light, but topped up pas fliud as mentioned on this site and it went out.

 

when i turn the ingition on, some lights go on, but there are a few worrying spaces in between the illuminated ones.

 

Tried sneaking a look by shining high power torch directly at them so see outline, but no joy.

 

fighured out power/hold/cruise etc. but surely when i turn ignition on, shouldn't all lights come on as by way of a check.

Well mine don't. I only get about 4 or so lights on.

 

I'll check mine out later when it stops chucking it down with rain and I'll make a note of which ones I have on.

had the beast 3 weeks and crapp##g myself if i dont top up this or that, then the whole things gonna blow up on me.

 

suppose enen if i had the manual, if its gonna blow, then its gonna blow!!!

 

went into main nissan dealer in southampton for advise last week, soon as they saw import, didnt wanna know - must be making too much cash???

Have you found a garage in Southhampton to look at your car yet?

If not try this one,it's only about 40 mins up the M3 from where you are and Mark(the owner),specialises in Japanese cars.

He comes highly recommended by myself as I've got a J spec 'Z' as well.

Check with Mark at Eurospec he said he was getting some Z manuals in.
