Best way to remove sikaflex/ or similar from bodywork?

I have been removing my fibreglass rear spoiler

I am left with a very big area of rubberised adhesive on the body work. It does scrap off with a stripping knife. But at this rate it will take me a week! Can anyone recommend some sort of solvent that will help lift off this crap? In places it must be 5-8mm thick. Ffs

hi m8 best way is get the flat blade utility knife http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/4166Wu9ecUL._SX300_.jpg and slowly push away from you keep replacing with sharp fresh blades, then some paint thinners just on the affected area you want cleaned and go over it again you can also use tar and glue remover but that will take a wee bit longer. PATIENCE aswel. and that is if you think it is SIKAFLEX..
