Hi, can anyone help in letting me know where i can buy (or even a part number) a replacement hose/tube that coolant flows through behind the engine.

Drawn an arrow to it in the picture below. Managed to get some tape around it for a quick fix to just move the car around.

Thank you :D

Heater matrix hose part numbers 92410 - 30P00 92400 - 30P00 = Longer Hose, you can try MJP but as he is moving premises he might not be able to get one quick, unless he has one in stock or you can get from Luke http://www.zcentre.co.uk/~zcentre/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=71&category_id=14&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=7

Looks like a heater hose.

There are 2 hoses, one supplies coolant to the heater core, from the engine.

The other returns coolant from the heater core, to the engine.

If one is defective, you can bet the other one will be in a similar state, so you'd better get both hoses.

In the meantime, you can cut the old hoses off & join the two pipes on the engine with a section of hose, long enough to make a U shaped hose.

If it's too short, it'll kink & restrict water flow.

That is known as a heater bypass, then you can obtain the correct hoses at your leisure, but you won't have a heater.

You don't have to worry about sealing the 2 pipes coming through the firewall, probably the ideal time to give the heater core a good flush with the garden hose.

Is that a heater hose or is for the plenum water system ?
