I bought one month ago some 300zx parts for 300£ to David Kemshell who live near London or Lincolnshire ...

The Bank transfer is done since one month and items are normally sent since 03/26/15.

 

He tell me that he would give me a pictures of package and tracking number but in the same time his dad is dead.

Some days left i contacted him again to have news and he told me that it It has cleared customs. This informations date of the 04/12/15.

But today nothing arrived and no really news from him since one week. When i begin to tell him that items was never sent, he don't appreciate...but he did not send me so far tracking number :(

 

So anybody know david kemshell ?

 

If yes can you help me to have the tracking number

Your best course of action would be to start a thread on Z32 Marketplace UK to see if any members there can help you. I did a search here for that name and cant find any details for him.

there was a thread on this guy on the nismo300zxz32 Uk page and after a few posts lambasting the guy on a couple of issues believe it got sorted but it did turn a bit nasty at first

Post up a thread on the site you got the parts from and let the members there see whats going on and they will help you jechar its the only way. Name and shame him into sorting this out.

Might be worth mentioning it to Mark, if only to get the guy removed from the group.

i just have news from him :

Tracking info will let you know where it is plus you will be able to ring the carriage company up for more details. But from what was said here and on other forums I would not be buying anything from him ever. Let us know if you get your parts.

It was all over Facebook. There have been a lot of different people with issues. It was only when people started getting serious (fraud squad, crime numbers etc) that one guy had his refund confirmed.

 

Post in the Facebook page, the admins are very aware of the previous situations.

 

I've met him as he bought a widearch kit from me.
